Since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved books and reading. I could spend hours in a book store wandering around looking at all the books and topics. Anyone else love the smell of a new book?  Reading spiritual books was the catalyst for me beginning a high vibe and spiritual lifestyle!  I wanted to share with you my four favorite books that will not only tranform your life personally but also will greatly affect how you run your business. 

You Can Change Your Life- Louise Hay

This was the book that started it all for me- I had no idea before reading this the power of the mind and our thoughts! It was so eye opening to realize that I could change my life and my future simply by changing my thoughts. This was also my introduction to affirmations which I have been using with great success ever since. This book has changed the lives of many people (don’t believe me? read the amazon reviews!) and almost every spiritual teacher you  know has read it and applies its principals in some way in their life.  I had the pleasure of meeting Louise many years ago and was honored to have her signature on my book! You will also love that at the back of the book she has a list of common medical ailments and a matching root cause emotional issue and healing affirmation. 

The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent- Esther and Jerry Hicks

Okay so I’ll admit I thought this duo was a little “strange” at first since their work is being channeled through an entity named “Abraham.” Once I dropped the judgement and dug into their work I was blown away! This book will change the way you think and if you can make it through some of the heavier material in the start of the book I guarantee you will find the practical tools and practices extremely helpful! Look for some upcoming instragam lives by me on these tools. A few weeks ago I went to see Esther live and really enjoyed her presence and her material. You can also catch a ton of their live work for free  on youtube!

 

You are a bad ass at making money: Master the Mindset of Wealth- Jen Sincero

If you’ve never done any “work” around your money beliefs I can pretty much promise you that you have a few blocks lurking in the background. You may not even know you have blocks to abundance until you pick up this awesome book! Not only is it super helpful but it’s also funny and you won’t be able to put it down. I like everyone I work with on my doTERRA team to read this book because it sets you up for financial success. With exercises you will be able to uncover what’s holding you back from making money and get rid of  your doubts, fears, and excuses- Total game changer! 

The Universe has Your Back- Gabby Bernstein

This is my fave of all of Gabby’s books and I have read all of them! I have been a student of Gabby’s work and attending her Kripalu weekends since 2010. I’m also a graduate of her Spirit Junkie Masterclass (more on that later). If you only read one book from this blog then choose this one! It has everything in it you need to feel supported and make changes in your life. It will allow you to feel connected to the universe and transform your mindset from fear to faith. When you realize the universe does have your back you will experience miracle after miracle and life will just be easier.
